Last year a friend and I had a wonderfully relaxed girlie night with Sarah making Angels.

Sarah encouraged our creativity and inspired us to try different techniques and learn new skills.

Sarah’s home is so artistic that it makes you feel creative. There was a huge amount of materials to choose from and we were free to use any combinations of colours and textures. I was keen to practice the skills learned and bought materials online, Sarah had taught us so well that I was able to pass on these skills to another friend.

I would highly recommend you book yourself some ‘me’ time with Sarah.

My sister had hired Sarah to do a workshop as a surprise at my hen do.

We had a theme of a Vintage afternoon Tea and this workshop fitted in amazingly.  We all sat and looked at what we were going to make a little scared.  We were so surprised how simple it was once we had started.  We had great fun with lots of giggles.

Sarah was amazing and explained things really well and supported us with each step of the workshop.

I contacted Sarah to ask advice on how to paint and distress a dressing table for my daughter and following our conversation decided that I would need some support.  

I signed up for her painting and distressing workshop and over 3 weeks Sarah has showed me and advised me on which paints to use, ways to paint and how to distress.  The dressing table has turned out amazing and I am so pleased with it.  I can’t thank Sarah enough for the help and confidence she has given me in doing this and I am looking forward to distressing my next piece of furniture.

I was apprehensive arriving at Sarah’s wreath workshop, I didn’t think I had the skill required and thought I would produce something rather rubbish. As soon as I arrived at Sarah’s beautiful home she was enormously welcoming and alleviated my nerves. The whole experience was fantastic, we all had great fun and each of us produced wonderful wreaths to hang proudly on our doors.

I highly recommend it and am looking forward to doing more workshops with Sarah in the future.

I have crafted for years – in fact since I first saw someone stamping and making cards in the early 90’s. I have enjoyed it until recently when changes in our personal life including a move and a house needing LOADS doing to it – made my life so busy and ‘job filled’ that I lost my enthusiasm. Even on the rare occasion when I had a spare half hour I found I could not summon up any imagination and so churned out the same old, same old as I knew that people relied on my cards to sell for charity. Even looking on line for ideas did not seem to help, I just felt ‘guilty’ setting aside time to craft and was even considering giving away all my equipment and stopping. I was fortunate enough to attend a craft evening with Sarah and was truly remotivated by her ideas and infectious enthusiasm. Today I have sorted out my craft room, found some ‘lost’ dies and stamps, chucked away things that no longer give me pleasure, made some crackers, am planning to make some invitations and………well at some point I suppose I will have to go to bed!

Sarah is not only skilled artisan craftsperson but is also (and unusually) generous with her contacts and supplier knowledge. Finally, but by no means least, she has stockpiled the European Ribbon Mountain from which you can select beautiful ribbons to make the most of your projects.

It was money well spent and I will for sure be booking again soon. Thank you Sarah.
